Abstract

Learning in elementary schools has a different level of learning system with other levels of education. Because at this level, it is a basic learning transition process, and the existing curriculum requires teachers to be able to complete assignments and work faster. As a result, the teaching profession is vulnerable to work stress. Many factors can overcome work stress, one of which is social support and religiosity which have a negative influence on work stress. This study uses a correlational quantitative approach using multiple linear data analysis, and uses a population of teachers at SDN Wanasari Cibitung. Data collection using gform with 180 respondents. The F-Test result shows the sig value. 0.000, which means that the variables of social support and religiosity have a significant positive effect together on work stress. Then the t-test results show that the social support variable gets a significance value of 0.000, which means that social support has a significant effect on the work stress variable. While the religiosity variable gets a significance value of 0.034, which means religiosity has a significant effect on the work stress variable. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of social support and religiosity on work stress for teachers at SDN Wanasari Cibitung, where the higher the social support and religiosity, the lower the work stress experienced.
